Website Maintenance
Although our goal is to give you total freedom from monthly contracts, we do offer a website maintenance service for your convenience. These special services are priced separate from our website package deals, and billed monthly when these services are rendered. These services may include article writing, images, video, etc. Website maintenance is only offered for Silver and Gold packages.
Website Security

This is why security measures are needed to keep your data safe. Content on your website is most important, because it takes the most time to produce. Hackers can only do damage to your website if they can get into it. Keeping the website secure involves many steps that have to be done regularly to work sufficiently. Source Code updates and Server updates keep your website and server secure from hackers, but it is still a good idea to backup your content as often as possible to ensure you don’t lose any new content.
Data Base Backups may be needed more often (depending on how active the website is). The more content you add, the more often it is recommended to be updated. Updating the DB is included in the Monthly Security Package, but that is for only one (1) update per month. Ask us how we keep your website safe from hackers.

We will convert your current website to a search engine friendly CMS (content management system) platform. This gives you full control of the main features of the website from any computer with internet access. Easily add pictures or video to any page or article on your website. You can add pages or articles to your website and add them to your menu, or change the menu and more. We will do all of the back end stuff for you. All you do is grow your website. The best feature of the CMS is the code update feature. This allows us to update your website’s source code without having to rewrite it!
Bronze
We will transfer up to 10 pages of your current website on to the CMS and show you how to run basic functions (set up pages, add photos, text or video, set up and arrange menu items, categories, posts, etc). This includes a basic theme with all necessary plugin features available to fit your business.
Silver
We will transfer up to 15 pages of your current website on to the CMS and show you how to run basic functions (set up pages, add photos, text or video, set up and arrange menu items, categories, posts, etc). This includes a basic theme with some modifications to the CSS (that allows you to keep fonts, colors and styles in tact as the theme updates). Also includes all necessary plugin features available to fit your business.
Gold
We will transfer up to 20 pages of your current website on to the CMS and show you how to run basic functions (set up pages, add photos, text or video, set up and arrange menu items, categories, posts, etc). This includes a custom theme and website layout. Also includes all necessary plugin features and even some customized features to fit your business.
